What to Expect With Your Custom Build
What "Custom" Means
This is a fully bespoke build, not a preset style. Bring your own bundles or bring your vision, and we construct it from the ground up to your exact spec.
Measurements Are Required
Custom builds are fit to you specifically. You'll need to submit your head measurements (circumference, front to nape, temple to temple, nape of neck) before we can start your build. See the sizing guide below for exactly how to measure.
The Process
After you order, we'll follow up to confirm your measurements, your bundles or vision, and any styling preferences before construction begins.
Bringing Your Own Bundles
If you're supplying your own hair, email contact@sogorjess.com after ordering to coordinate drop-off or shipping of your bundles.
Care & Maintenance
Wash every 2-3 weeks with sulfate-free shampoo, air dry on a wig stand, and detangle from the ends up.
Shipping & Processing
Custom build turnaround varies by complexity, you'll get an estimated completion date after your measurements and specs are confirmed.

- Lengths: 12" Bob through 26"
- Textures: Kinky Straight, Body Wave, Loose Curl, Burmese Curly
- Closures: 18" 2x6, 5x5, or 6x6 HD
- Hair: Included. No bundles to send in. Already have your own hair? Choose Wig Construction instead.
- Cap Sizes: Small, Medium, Large, X-Large. Every unit ships with an elastic band and adjustable clips.
- Timeline: 2 to 4 weeks

Choosing Your Closure
2x6: a slim, natural middle part, best for clean, sleek styles
5x5: best for basic styles, wears well in a middle or side part
6x6: gives you that frontal effect with deep side parts

Half sizes are available. If your measurements fall between two sizes, you may size up or down based on comfort preference.
Important
Ensure your hair is flat or braided down, and do not measure too tightly. All custom units come with an adjustment strap and combs to help ensure a secure fit.
