π Shipping & Processing
How long is processing and shipping time?
Processing time for pre-order wigs is 13β16 business days. Shipping takes 4β7 business days. Overnight shipping happens after the processing time β not immediately after purchase. Orders placed over the weekend begin processing on Monday (holidays excluded). All orders require a signature and include package insurance.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship exclusively through UPS. Once UPS has possession of your package, So GorJess Hair is not responsible for damages, delays, or lost/stolen packages. Every order is fully insured.
Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
No. Once your order is submitted, it cannot be modified. Please double-check your shipping and contact information before checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Please ensure your wig size and product selection are correct before purchasing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Orders flagged as high-risk may require ID verification before processing begins. For fraud prevention, the billing and shipping addresses must match.
What if my order is flagged as high-risk?
Youβll receive an email requesting ID verification. Processing time will not begin until your order is verified.

What if my wig doesnβt fit?
So GorJess Hair is not responsible for sizing errors. Please measure your head circumference carefully and choose the correct size before checkout. Measure My Wig Guide
Can I color my wig?
Yes. Our wigs are 100% virgin or raw hair and can be colored or toned. We recommend having a licensed stylist handle any color services to avoid damage.
Will my custom color look exactly like the photos?
Lighting, filters, and styling can make colors appear slightly different. Each custom color is hand-blended using professional products, and tones may vary slightly per unit.
π Hair Bundles
Are So GorJess bundles virgin or raw hair?
We offer both:
Chic Collection β 100% virgin hair, bleach-safe up to #27.
Diamond Collection β premium virgin hair with fuller density.
Pure Collection β authentic raw Indonesian hair from single donors.
All bundles are double-wefted, minimal shedding, and can be reused with proper care.
How many bundles do I need for a full install?
12β16 inches β 2β3 bundles
18β22 inches β 3 bundles
24β30 inches β 4 bundles
For extra fullness or raw textures, we recommend one additional bundle.
Can I bleach or color my bundles?
Yes, all bundles can be lightened or dyed safely to level 8. However,Β raw hair lifts slower than virgin hair. Always use a licensed professional and deep condition afterward.
How long will my bundles last?
Virgin Hair: 1β2 years with proper care
Raw Hair: 2β4 years with consistent maintenance
Use sulfate-free products and avoid excessive heat for best results.
Will my bundles shed or tangle?
Minimal shedding is normal. Tangling can happen from dryness or buildup β co-wash regularly, detangle from ends up, and keep hair moisturized.
How should I care for my bundles?

β’ Use light serums (avoid heavy oils)Β

Do you offer bundle deals?

Can I return or exchange my bundles?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted for hygiene and quality reasons.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Please file a claim directly with UPS. All packages include insurance. Weβll assist with documentation, but So GorJess Hair is not liable once your package is in UPSβs possession.
